Refund Policy

Refund Requests:
We want you to be happy with your order. Our products have been manufactured for 20 years and are made to last.  
Refunds:  Within 7 days of receiving the Hair Doctor comb, if you find  that the comb does not work for your hair type; Mail the comb back to us in the same packaging with your Order #.  
Hair Doctor does not offer free shipping on returned items.  Mail return to:

Exchanges:  send us an email and explain your situation on the exchange.  Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded but we will exchange it for you. 
Defective or Damaged items:Contact us immediatelyif it arrives defective or damaged.  Send email to diana@stevenplastics.com; Include the following:  send a cell phone photo of the damaged item,  the front and back of the shipping envelope and tell us the date of damage.  email all info to dianepi@stevenplastics.com.
  • Send a photo of the damaged item the day you receive your order to:  orders@stevenplastics.com. Attn: Diana Bledsoe.
  • After 7 days, damage claims will be honored.
  • Once your exchanged has been approved, we will send a pre-paid label to you. On exchanges we will ship a new item to you..
