Refund policy

Hair Doctor Combs are made to last.  We truly want you to be happy with your Rotating Tooth Hair Combs and Brushes. 

Returns: If you return an item(s), follow these steps:

1.       Send an email to: hairdoctorproducts@stevenplastics.com. 

2.       Provide your Name and Order # and reason for return

3.       Hair Doctor will email a pre-paid return ship label to you

4.       Return ship costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

 Damaged Item:  Email: dianepi@stevenplastics.com:  (14 day limit on returns/exchange)

Step 1: Take cell phone photo of the items the day you receive your order
Step 2: Send photo, your name and Order # to dianepi@stevenplastics.com via email.
Step 3: We will send you instructions on how to exchange your item.
